A pet shop made for pets. From the moment you walk in you can feel it’s a pet shop designed for a better experience (than the usual) for our pets, they have a baby gate, so you can unleash your dog inside to feel more comfortable, two big dog beds in the middle of the store for our four legged ones to rest and also toys for them to play with while we shop. Our dog was also very spoiled with some treats and pets. They were also very attentive, helpful and friendly to me. A great experience both for my puppy and me. Highly recommend. ~ Duda G

Since we adopted our little dog, the support from Joanna and Zè has been incredible. Kind people like them are rare! I truly recommend their shop, not only for the quality of the products m, but also for the warm, friendly atmosphere that turns shopping into a visit to friends. A huge perk is that there’s also a grooming service right inside the shop. ~ Letizia P

Eu não consegui embarcar com meu animal em um sábado pela manhã porque pelas mudanças nas regras de segurança devido a covid a companhia aérea disse-me no dia do embarque que meu animal precisava ir no porão da aeronave, com muitas visitas a pet shops encontrei a patudaria, o Sr. proprietário (que infelizmente não me lembro o nome), abriu a loja para mim em um sábado a tarde e como não tinha caixa de transporte rígidas a venda, ele me cedeu, sem custo algum, uma caixa de transporte de uso da empresa. Nunca esquecerei atitude tão empata e simpática, que Deus os abençoe. ~ Natália L

One of our first stops after arriving in Lisboa and service could not have been more personable. They had everything we needed including a large dog bed, leash and food and they delivered everything within a few hours and saved us from having to Uber home. Cal approves of his new bed.
